Watch Brad Kaaya, then Jake Heaps throw end-zone fades. #Canes http://instagram.com/p/r7sWnLqCCG/

HOW short is Heaps?!
Edit: nevermind. kaaya makes him look like a midget. ****. Didn't realize Kaaya is 6'4"

when kaaya steps up in the pocket he looks like he is throwing down over the defense. that height combined with his feet and brains is going to be a lethal mix for us (hopefully sooner than later).

according to media:
Quarterback Jake Heaps was in full uniform and practicing for the afternoon session of UM’s two-a-day. During the media viewing portion of practice, he lightly threw passes along with Brad Kaaya and the other quarterbacks.

Kaaya ran with the first team offense.

interesting to see that Kaaya solely ran the 1st team offense

Its not always a motivational thing. Sometimes the coaches just want to get some extra reps for the marginal guys who are battling for the #2 and #3 spots. Moving Perryman out of the starting lineup gives those other guys extra reps for the coaches to use as evaluation.

Who said Perryman's out of the starting lineup? He lost the black shirt, but if only black shirted guys can start we'd only field 5 defensive starters.
