Porter & Seantrel bolting for NFL? Thoughts?

Be nice if we get back to our players realizing their full potential and taking it to the league. Here's to hoping they both return and making this team that much more experienced next year.

Think SH will at least go through the process like AG asked the juniors to do last year.

Both should stay. Drew needs to keep his slimy mitts off our underclassmen after last year's debacle.
 
Losing porter will damage our already thin d-line...

The same kinda loss as Vernon was to us this year from the pass rush aspect and depth

How is that ****ed? Depth issues maybe, but you bring in a kid like Denver Kirkland who can give you snaps as a true freshman, Isadora has been getting good reviews. The sky is not falling.

Will be one of the best starting OL's we've had here in quite a while.
 
A little perspective, Scouts Inc has not even graded Seantrel Henderson or Curtis Porter. A quick search reveals they have only graded the following players: McGee(59), Telemaque (59) and Armstrong (49). Obviously this will change as we get closer to the draft but I think its telling that scouting agencies don't have either as Juniors who could make a splash in the draft and will leave early, thus deserving a grade.

Also from the Miamiherald: One scout said he wouldn’t draft junior Seantrel Henderson until late because he “can’t be counted on.”

This will probably translate to a low rating from the advisory board. Obviously this won't stop them from leaving, but we have to hope that they are conscious of what happened to guys who left early last year with low scores.
