Was on the gator board looking for some tears and they just had an article posted about when they visited AH and watched Surtain play Friday night...Well yeah f the gators but Surtain got interviewed and the reporter asked if LSU is still the leader after they visited him earlier in the week for an home visit and Surtain said “It’s sort of evened up right now, it’s a hard choice I’m just trying to find the right school”. Just letting the board know.

Richt and Rumph arent going out without a fight. Love to see that. I dont think either Surtain or Campbell will be making any rash decisions until they see who the new FSU coach will be. I believe they both had/have FSU in their top 5.

You'd be nuts to head up to FSU right now. Even if they do land a competent coach, the class has taken such a hit and they will feel it in 2-3 years. even if the remaining recruits are 4 and 5 star guys, they will have serious depth issues.

This last paragraph from Rivals is hilarious. This is some Miss Cleo stuff right here.

Alabama and Clemson still have a punchers chance, with Ohio State being the dark horse. Surtain will not announce a commitment until Signing Day in February, so his upcoming official visits will likely mean everything."

Whats the difference between a punchers chance, a dark horse, and making recent moves lol? In other words they have no clue and this entire article is a waste of time.

They are just fluffing the piece. Rivals has pegged Surtain to LSU for a long time.

I didnt say they were going. I said they both had FSU in their top 5 the entire year. You are being foolish if you think they will not at least look at them if they hire Taggert and he brings Mario with him. Both of these kids havent tipped there hand to anyone. All just guesswork with these two right now.
 
I think Miami lands him....... just an opinion of course, but I think we pull it off.

I'm glad Miami is going after him and Campbell... .it will be sad if they miss on both.....that would be a huge disappointment to fans.... however, this class is loaded with DBs which means Miami should get some good ones either way...the positions that needs to be worried about the most are in the trenches.....losing those two would not be a total disappointment....imo. I do believe at least one should be in this class if Miami is truly back on top of sfla recruiting tho....

I’m one of the most optimistic guys on here but I just Can’t see him signing here . With his friends all coming here that boosts our chances but it still feels like lsu and then the rest of schools after that

Yeah.....Surtain's hard to read. If his boys sign here, I'd say there's a chance. He just doesn't give off any vibes. I think he signs with LSU, but strange things happen in recruiting.
