I’m one of the most optimistic guys on here but I just Can’t see him signing here . With his friends all coming here that boosts our chances but it still feels like lsu and then the rest of schools after that

Yeah.....Surtain's hard to read. If his boys sign here, I'd say there's a chance. He just doesn't give off any vibes. I think he signs with LSU, but strange things happen in recruiting.

Im no optimist but what does this mean exactly? This is like the "Jerry Jeudy" situation. We were always "in it until the end". Lets hope our fortunes change.

The great thing is that he doesnt have anyone in his ear with something to gain by sending him to LSU. His pops has money and has a good job and from what people say his mom is open to him staying home.

Unlike Jeudy who had his HC basically telling him not to even consider any other school except Bama regardless if going to UM was best for him. (Which all things considered it would have been)

As for Jeudy, he was always going to Bama, once he committed it was over. Surtain would've committed to Lsu if he was as liked in as some think.

Miami has legitimately made up a ton of ground the last few months , that's why I say it's not as crazy as some thinks he could sign with Um. Three months ago I thought we had a 0 % chance.

I agree, staff has done a great job even getting us in the picture. There was a time he would laugh if asked if miami had a chance. Having the season we had i think made the family give us a second chance.
