Im not saying its bad but Ridley was always a beast and i dont know much about Kelvin. All im saying is if i could have played varsity baseball at the age of 20 i may have had a chance to go d1 instead of going juco first. So what about the main question of shouldnt he have been dominating two years ago.Wonder the same thing. Was he on varsity as a sophomore? Freshman? Also i dont understand how some of these kids get left so far behind. If they have that severe of a learning curve how do they graduate with a degree?

FCAT is why. Jobe was a casualty of that along with starting school a year late.

Man who gives a ****. ALA has Calvin Ridley who is **** near 21 already and no one is complaining about it...FSU had Kelvin Benjamin and he was old as **** too..its about time we got one too..A "ready the first day" grown man who will dominate. What better position then to have him in the secondary? Im glad he will be 20-21 when he steps on campus. It means he will be ready to bust heads the first day.

IMO it can go either way, if a kid's a little older he better be head and shoulders above the competition. He should look like he would still dominate even if he was a little younger or if his competition were a little older. You've always gotta be a little apprehensive that an older kid is closer to being a finished product in comparison to a younger cat. Wtbs, if it's really close deciding between two prospects talent and mentality wise but one is older than the other, I'm going with the younger one **** near every time.
