Unless Kirby plans to let him spread it out and open up the offense, it won’t make a difference.

UGA hired a guy that they figure can help make their talent on offense better, who cares how many times he was fired in the NFL, this is CFB.. Getting a NFL guy on a college staff is a good thing in my eyes, because these player's are trying to get there and he becomes the person when he speaks the player's pay attention and listen.. Kirby taking a page out of Coach O playbook, hiring a NFL guy!!!!

Wasnt really his offense tho, had issues with Kichens and kichens called plays early on. He has had some success at NFL and college level. Its a solid hire. Especially from pro style bro offense they were running.
#1 passing and #3 overall offense in 2018 with Bucs
Had some great offenses with those Okla st teams with Weeden at QB.
Paired with that stacked defense that they have might be enough to get just a modern offense. They recruit talent at a high level too. They have underachieved on offense

Coach O took a guy from a prolific scoring offense, that worked under one of the best offensive minds PERIOD.

Agree. I'm still having a hard time wrapping my mind around it in January of 2020.
OSU fans liked him. He had some really good offenses with Weeden.
He has "Air Raid" background
