I don’t think that conversation has taken place. So I’d still take another one. LB , Wr and edge are definitely spots they want to add. The others are just my opinion.

I think if our new DC can get our D front to apply themselves and take ownership of there positions we could pretty good .

New DC will have monitor them closely if they come in OBESE and slow then they already made their own decisions and I’d bump up everyone a notch .

The season never ends they should be training now , report in spring in shape to constantly improve like X did ready to play and compete.

I’m more worried about us being weak up front again with this bunch like children they must be monitored , we don’t have the time to parent them to do there jobs.

The new DC will pick up on this immediately and call them in once then next msn up front.

How this staff thinks we have enough up front is crazy work.

i didnt say we didn't , he said Fletcher souldn't be our RB2 if we're serious, as in he was implying fletcher isn't good enough to be a top 2 back here - which is dumb

do think we need a big bruiser fletcher/martinez type back that's a freshmen and willing to sit a year or so to take over after fletch to partner with pringle/lyle

All the mopes about to shift the goalposts harder than you've ever seen.

Constantly doubting Mario, and we end up with:

- a top of the line Portal QB back to back,
- a top DC hire
- completely flipped the db room just about as well as anyone could have hoped for especially when/if we land Xavier Lucas.
- Demoted y'alls baba yaga Dennis Smith and replaced him with someone well respected and brought another guy under him to hopefully continue the poly connections.

Literally we need the best WR available from now to spring, and maybe a couple more pieces and let the DC bring in some guys he trusts (coach and players)

It was a rough end of the year. We should have been in these playoffs. CFB and Guidry were hedging Vegas bets to keep US out…

But all the Mario haters saying this MAN isn’t it and keep calling for his failure can keep sucking dog ****s as you get dragged back in!

With Beck in the fold I’m definitely more optimistic about next year, but I’m not drinking any Kool-Aid yet, even if we start 9-0. November is a house of horrors for this program and until we get over that hump it’s just wait and see.
