I once watched an old documentary on the storming of Omaha during ww2 when this old Army vet who was on the beach said they used to rib the Navy guys that were on the ship baking cookies while they were engaging the Germans at the beach. Obviously a joke because all branches of our forced were heroes in that war but I always thought that was funny.
