The overall regression through his career certainly seems to substantiate that.

We most certainly had zero affleets back there.

Four guys who were **** solid football players at the high school level, but just didn't have the quicks, toughs, or smarts to make plays when the lights came on. Love that they came here when we were down, and hope KCR and AS can make some plays this season, but I'm not expecting it.

No one on this board thought Deon Bush was a safety. He was just a big fast kid who didn't make enough plays and should be at corner. Huh. Now he's the second coming. Give me guys like him all day. Give me the tools. You can teach a guy the game if he wants it bad enough. You can't teach 4.4 220lbs. Obviously, there are exceptions. GOAT, for example, ain't the biggest or the fastest. But he's a ******* zen master. He ain't normal.

Yah, never claimed to be alone there. A lot of folks said cb because they didnt think he was physical enough. I wasnt sure on the physicality, but didnt see a cb in his body type or playing style (and was mindful we had a huge need at S). I thought he would be a so so cb but had great potential at S if he could be physical, and certainly didnt think he couldnt be.
