We needed to get a loss out of the way. A 8-9 game win streak (too lazy to do the math), to win the rest of the regular season games, win the ACC tourney and then win the NCAA is possible. But to have a 18-19 game win streak is next to impossible.
Get this bad loss out of our system and move forward.

On a side note, my son and Matt Cleveland first played AAU ball together when they were 10. He’s a nice young man from a nice family. As much as I hate this loss I hope Matt has a great basketball career.

Right. But the way we lost it. Ugh. 25 pt blown lead in a game of significance, to our rival, on a game winning prayer after we hit the should’ve-been game winner. Couldn’t make up a tougher way to lose barring it being an elimination game. Sucks.

heart breaking loss but at least it doesn’t change anything going forward. UVA loses tonight against UNC and we beat Pitt and we finish number 1 in the ACC so it’s all still in front of us.
Let me try and turn this into a positive for UM basketball and argue that maybe with this win FSU will keep their dinosaur coach on the sidelines for another year.

I’m not familiar with your history. Generally, the issue is people who only show up when things are bad and hate/troll post. If you don’t do that, it’s not likely an issue.

I haven’t looked at his history so I don’t know the story. What he’s posting sounds like a disappointed fan though. Maude’s come across this a lot. We don’t always know where someone is coming from especially since it’s all written communication.

I left for my kid's soccer game (in the cold rain) when Miami was up 60-36. I checked the score on my phone a little later and Miami was down 4. It's apparently my fault for not watching the rest of the game.
