Without one of our starters. Coach L knows how to get his team ready. There’s a week until the next game, and honestly, I have this feeling Pitt loses @ ND looking ahead. It’s college basketball and we’ve had a great season to date. Does this loss suck? Yes. Was it inexcusable? Yes. Ultimately this is a wake up call. You can spin it and be negative if you’d like but I’d rather not. I think that’s a healthy approach
One starter has nothing to do with a 25 point choke to a god awful Fsu team. Take that out of your post and I totally agree with you. It’s an epic choke job, but will they let it derail the entire season or fuel a run? I think next Saturday will tell a lot.

There’s precedent, in 2013 the team was cruising along, we all thought destined for a 1 seed and then dropped a late game to Maryland? The team quickly recovered winning the ACC tourney. We’ll see

We go on a bricklaying exhibition pretty much most games around mid 2nd half... it is the most predictable aspect of this team.
How Coach L hasn't noticed that is alarming

We lost by 25 now? Sheeeit

Agreed though. We’ll know a lot next Saturday.

I gotta say, Coach L coached a very ****y game and it ended up costing the game. There were three spots during FSU's big run where he could've (and normally would have) called a timeout to break rhythm. Instead, he let the team try to work though it and they sorta fell flat. This could be something that ends up helping the team down the road but wow for today.

Also, its clear to me that Joseph is not ready for prime time.

Edit: Wong really seemed to struggle with both his handles and footing today. I dont know if he was just trying to play too fast but he lost his handle and slipped several times today.

Don't confuse me with the idiots who made a guess appearance to pile on. My only concern is the impact to a total collapse against a quad 4 team moving forward.

Undefeated at home, playing your biggest rival in a packed arena, with a 25pt lead…I dont know how you people can be basketball fans in general. I don’t have the intestinal fortitude.

Who cares about Pitt? It's Virginia who controls their own destiny.

Considering how great this season has been, and how awful FSU has been, and we had a 25 point 2nd half lead..I think this is the worse loss in L'a tenure.

A big poopy stain on a great regular season so far.

It's my fault. I haven't watched any UM basketball this season and I was flipping through channels and saw it was on. I watched about 5 minutes and during that 5 minutes, an 8 pt lead turned into a 1 pt deficit. I turned it off, but I already brought the bad juju so it was too late.

Also, during my 5 minute viewing window, I saw one wong play after another that cost us the lead.
