did u forget that he got hurt?. It was a leg injury i (i was at the game) when he has to mov like that in pass pro im thinking it hurts a bit. He splaying through it..he is in good shape it appears to me.
A few games back? That probably explains it. Like I said, it didn’t make sense given the fact that he’s only more experienced and has transformed his body to look like a brick **** house.

Yes it's been obvious this is the best 5 since the first drive we put Bell at LT and Rivers at LG. Start Bell the rest of the year. Get McCoy a couple of series subbing Cooper. I don't get board's obsession with Samson. He's not playing cause other guys are better than him. If he wants to start here next year he's gonna have to beat out McCoy/Rodriguez or Cooper at one of the guard spots.

Who gives a f.

Im not caring about him when Bell is doing what he is currently. He can thus it out another year here as the swing tackle behind Bell or hit the road if he needs to play right away somewhere. But worrying about the 8th lineman currently in this thread is....

If he is truly smart and cares about his development he can stick it out and start here for 2 years. Or he can possibly go an play with his brother in Colorado and free up some NIL for us.

Its a good position to be in because the top OL in portal will be interested in playing for Mario and Mirabel yearly. So if he leaves we will replace.
This right here. Could not care less.

The OL controversy, if it’s enough to call it that, is all because they seem afraid to hurt Bell/McCoy’s feelings and want to give them both playing time because they “earned it”.

I think it’s obvious McCoy is the weak link. He or Cooper loses the most 1on1 in pass pro, penalized more than anyone, and gets no push in the run game. It was a different offense when Bell came in and we shift Rivers to guard. It took a few plays, it actually caused a problem on a few plays when he first came in with blitz pickups and assignments. There was a miscommunication and it stalled a drive.

Just pick 5 and roll with it. Both have played plenty this year and there will be spots to go around next year. Shouldn’t be any hurt feelings now.
Its working well enough.

It gives guys valuable game experience.

It also discourages them from transferring.

It let's the coaches see who plays better in what combinations against actual opponents.

It gives the players experience at different positions which in turn increases their versatility and confidence.

That can help them get drafted.

It's all positive.

Are people saying no? I would guess 100% drafted yes...
He got some bad film this year, still time to get right tho.. I think he is more loved on here than any nfl radar tho, I havent seen his name popping up.. When you say drafted, you mean like late rounds or something? With NIL he probably should return, pay is the same

I'm talking drafted anywhere... Is he a JR this year?

Think ppl thought he might transfer out with his bro goin to Colorado. Now this is his 2nd year not seeing the field, so they really expect him to transfer
I see! Hopefully the kid trusts CMC and Co. College is just a different monster. You’re no longer the biggest kid on the field anymore!

But what concerns me is we got alot of "developmental" guys coming down the pike. No true "plug and play/Cici Mauigoa" type. In last years class or this years. (so far). That absolutely concerns me.
They do have the top rated IOL recruit coming in next year.
