Tears Nole Tears (“Offcial”)

He absolutely needed to get rid of doritos, but that was his D the whole way. Wouldn't have helped much to have a better DC running the same defense with players who didn't fit.
That was the thing that people kept glossing over as it related to D'Onofrio. In the end, Golden was going to find someone else to run his defense in a hypothetical situation that Golden would actually get rid of him.

What Golden should've done from the getgo is be honest with himself and realize he needed a defense that focused and utilized speed given the recruiting base where he was at (South Florida). Find an up and comer that had that very philosophy in mind (I mention up and comer because at the time we weren't putting money into our staff like we are now). As was mentioned, Golden valued friendships more and that's not something you do with college football; because you have to make the tough decisions.

He’s down there at IMG right now he’s convinced he says he helps break our film down and they’re going to expose us in man coverage this year

The only way they expose us is whrn our players are smashing their gfs and then she takes a pic and shows it to the players just so they know they aren't packing like the Canes. Expose us? Yeah the midget named Noonie is scaring us

Im not even getting into my own personal experiences with the man even though when he first got here he was all about the miami history & keeping the former players involved yet by the end of year 1 we were allowed nowhere close & he spit in our face by trying to say it was because of the investigation & admin & ncaa were the ones keeping us away... how fvckin stupid you think we are that admin or ncaa would say dont let alums on the sideline or at practice etc the majority of the time. It was cause he knew we saw through his bullshyt & would call him on it. I remember some of the stories quan, jermaine, juwon & kirb used to tell me bout that locker room. **** was sad how a team had so many clicks in it. No unity cause of that staff.

Thanks for the insight gentleman, always appreciated. I Love that Richt has embraced and welcomed back the former players. However the best thing he’s done is bring back our culture of being a true family to the current players. The culture that says you compete like **** against each other on the field for playing time but regardless of who wins out you’re family and you celebrate each other’s successes while continuously competing & pushing. That’s what made the U special. That’s what allowed us to have the depth of talent we had in the past. It’s bringing in dogs who not only embraced that competition but flourished in it. It’s what I think is really special about the 2018 class the way they have bonded so quickly. As talented as they are if they continue that culture and instill it in the guys that come after them we will dominate College Football again. We are on our way!

That's outstanding. Jimbo had a better staff and personnel on the field last year and we still won in the end. This will be good.
