Well the problem is he won't come close to 10 mil/yr if he wants an OC job.problem is novel wants to be an NFL OC. he is not a great recruiter imo and he uses the portal which is a band aid. our portal supplements our last two loaded recruiting classes. Also, something is way off with their s&c program. they looked weak against BC.
Honestly, UF is probably the better job because if you can come in and keep lagway and some of those pieces and add the hanks and brown's and a few others, you can be ok by year 3.
I think they’re right. It’s definitely a trust issue. They don’t trust where the ball is going when DJU throws it.
I’ve always questioned PFF grades, but this solves it, it’s complete bs. DJ being a 70 is actually embarrassing. He’s clearly been at least half the problem with their offense.65 is an AVERAGE PFF grade:
Jaylin Lucas - 77.1
Grady Kelly - 74.2
DJ Uiagaleilei - 70.4
Desione Lolohea - 67.6
Roydell Williams - 65.2
AVERAGE
Richie Leonard - 64.8
Malik Benson - 63.2
Cam Riley - 61.0
Jalen Brown - 57.2
TJ Ferguson - 51.6
Marvin Jones Jr - 51.3
Davonte Brown - 48.7
Earl Little - 40.5
Shawn Murphy - 0.0 - has not played
Omarion Cooper - 0.0 - has not played
Jacob Rizy - 0.0 - has not played
Tomiwa Durojaiye - 0.0 - has not played
FIVE guys (out of 17) who are barely "above average". And DJU is "one of the best"...
Shout out FLCamo.
The media’s really been twisting the knife with FSU. You can tell - by and large - that they don’t respect their antics since not being picked for the CFP.

Its not even the fact they are losing games. They look inept on both sides of the ball. BC abused them just running straight at their star DT’s. Those are guys that have been IN the program.
Want to know what culture is? Going into your enemies house and taking his future, his 4th quarter song, his recruits and the deed to his house.Culture IS important. A winning team SHOULD have a good culture around it. It may not be the most important factor, but it is a factor.
But both UiF and F$U are using "culture" as a crutch. A few weeks ago, they were telling us how wonderful everything was. About how Slingblade Billy had created such an amazing family-friendly culture, and how everybody loved everybody. And Prison Mike had created C.L.I.M.B. and had instilled such an amazing culture that it led to a (fake) undefeated season.
And then after a couple of losses, they try to tell you the culture is toxic and broken.
Yeah, "culture" doesn't change that fast. And if it DID, then the culture was terrible from the beginning.
My favorite part is that Mike got good players from bama and other sec schools. But he just didn’t have the time to develop them and get them in the culture. Because those other coaches just can’t develop and teach fundamentals like Mike can.
Honestly he’s right.
The best part of their delusion is, they are blaming all the wrong things and not enough things at the same time. If a snub from 10 months ago is causing all these problems on a team that turned over like 40% of their roster who have no connection to it, then you’re idiots for letting it distract you.
