I clicked on this to laugh and I legit had to turn it off less than 3 minutes in….has anyone in the history of the English language said “you know” more than this loser when public speaking? Honestly. I felt terrible even watching. He said “you know” over 50 times in his opening statement. Has he always done this? I’ve genuinely never heard anyone “um” or “you know” this bad, ever.

When I earned my Master Training Specialist in the Navy, we learned and were warned of "comfort words". They are phrases or words you use when you are nervous during a speaking event.

I had to turn the video off after my training picked up on this and was literally shaking my head in shame.
