Tears Nole Tears (“Offcial”)

If im an FSU fan I would be doing the same thing. Its better than having to actually deal with the fact that my team was a few missed field goals away from being 0-8.

Where do you go from here if your an FSU fan? Your season is over and its not even Halloween.

Your recruiting class will end up in the 50s or worse so that doesnt give you any hope for the future.

You have to work EXTRA HARD to prevent current players from jumping in the portal especially any young talent. (which there isnt much of but still..you gotta convince them to not transfer out to a school that isnt completely in the black hole for depth purposes)

So not only do you have to recruit your own guys all over again, you also have to recruit HS kids AND recruit guys who are in the portal to take a chance on you in 2025 so you can try to turn this around quickly.

Make no mistake..Norvall is praying FSU somehow has a bag of gold somewhere and buys him out. He wants nothing to do with this program anymore. Its an impossible rebuild and it will require them to completely hit the reset button. If your FSU fan, who is signing up for that? Lol.

The whole play looked off like it was a false start and it seemed like half the defense thought it was too that's the only reason why that second surge got anything
it def did look off, and even when the ball hit his hands its not like he immediately dove forward as if he was expecting to run and the ball came early. He didnt know what to do. But how TF Guidry know this unless someone on FSU told him?

they will suck with ward
Mario is a ****** coach with ward
they are 8-4 without ward

the only way to shut them up will be for Mario to win without ward.
Nothing will shut them up. We just beat them by 22, they are 1-7, we are 8-0, we have the best offense in the country, they have the worst offense in the country, we have had 3 straight top 10 recruiting classes, their recruiting is a joke and trending to be in the 40s best case scenario and they still run their **** suckers.

That's the thing because I always felt like they were going for it because we had all the momentum so idk everything was just weird and lucky for them because even with half effort on the D front FSU needed full force to get that yard plus

I went back and listened to Guidry because I assumed that where the tweet came from and he does say FSU did tell them it was supposed to be a freeze. That is why no other OL moved and only mesidor shot the gap and no one else really moved.

I still think a slight coaching issue if our DL wasnt prepared for a potential hard snap and also not trained to just go when the ball is snapped.

I also dont know why they think we were trying to run up the score? a couple of the posters on the site were reasonable and were like how were they running up the score? by running A gap dive repeatedly?

A lot of them point to the 2 point attempt as you said, but seriously does anyone think 38-14 (or at the time of the play 31-7) vs 36-14 (or 29-7) would make a difference?

I also saw a few people on this site questioning why going for it and I think this came straight from the analytics department in the booth.

going for 2, had we made it, puts us as 31-7, a 24 point margin. I am unsure of the odds of going for and getting 2 on three straight TD plays but that is what we were banking on. Going for 2 makes it a 3 possession game AND they need to convert for 2 each time. By not getting it, still a 3 possession game and they needed 1 2 pt conversion. Kicking the XP they need 2-2 pt conversions. My guess the computer geniuses saw the difference in odds between getting 1 or 2 2-pt conversions as negligible but likely a big jump once you get to 3.
Going for two was just a practice play in a scrimmage
