It’s not something you can flip on or off. Dummies thought some Ws would make Mike this elite recruiter, it won’t.
Do wins help? Of course, but it simply brings you up to the top of your current tier. It will never elevate to next tier.
EX: Norvell is in that “above average tier” (call it 11-25) winning will keep him in that 11-17 range. It will NOT boost him into “elite tier” (1-10).
