New Uni Talk?

Thought golden said they would not change the uniforms last year. Don't see much of a change in jerseys unless we go back to the retro 80s style

Please no black unis, agree with the comment on a gray alternate once a year similar to TEN. Also, a few of you hit the nail on the head- do NOT touch the helmet, there's your idea of tradition, and mystique and prestige and our brand etc. etc etc while if we go "cutting edge" from the neck down so be it. Some may not like that but it avoids the meltdown of catastrophic proportions if that helmet is altered
 
I don't want them to change the helmet, except....I'd like to see the U get a little bigger. It looks really small on the helmet sometimes

nice cant wait for the new uni combinations before oregon we did have the best new nike designs, i still think we should wear the nike pro combat uniforms for florida state

I like the "U" on the old green helmet from the early 70s as an alternate. But the "U" is Miami. You can't ***** with that.

All black Uni's would be nice.

If we ever went with all black with orange and green stripes I would go ape **** and buy the helmet and the entire uniform. But it should only be a novelty. Broken out every few years or so.

We new need an alternate uni though because that is the trend in college football and the kids love it.

Maybe. But one absolute. NEVER, EVER, EVER mess with the "U" on the helmets. That should not even be open for discussion.
