The following have been added to the roster today:

1. Michael Wyche, DT, 6'4" 330, #11 (Jr)

2. Christopher Herndon IV, TE, 6'4" 225, #23 (Fr)

3. Terry McCray, LB, 6'3" 205, #50 (Fr)

4. Joe Brown, DT, 6'4" 320, #55 (Fr)

5. David Njoku, WR, 6'4" 215, #86 (Fr)

Langham isn't listed yet. Surprised they have Njoku as a WR (instead of a TE). Also thought they were bringing in Brown as an OG.

I like Wyche in that #11. Some serious size being added to the roster this year. We're going to look like the Monstars in a couple years.

Chad Thomas saying he weighs 260! We all know he'll drop a few during camp but 6'5 260 is a big freshman.

He's a big kid. Anyone who expected him to not grow and stay 240-250 isn't being realistic. They're going to add some good weight/muscle to him.

That will not end well for Golden!

I believe he's comparable to the fat kid from Louisiana who left this year. He just doesn't have the heart for the trenches even though he's a big kid.

Are you a relative or former coach of Mr. brown?!?

He has full game video up on Hudl via the school's link/name.

You should look at them and then give your sarcasm another try.

Not having heart isn't usually something associated with Pacific Islanders. I went to Joe Brown's school years ago. The area isn't awful but it isn't a country club either. I would be surprised if he doesn't make it because he doesn't have the heart for it.

You could look at Khari Clark's full game tape and say he doesn't have the heart. HS DTs are plenty lazy. Going against OL half their size.

either welcome the kid of STFU! he hasnt been in 1 practice or taken 1 snap yet you bash him. Please tell me more about the intangibles you see in him. Maybe I can forward your thoughts to the coaching staff n they can get you on board...

Fair enough, and yes, I agree that some HS DT's are lazy due to their size/strength advantages. Not all of them are like that (Valentine was pretty physically dominant, as was the DT from 2-years ago who went to FSU...Keith something.

I would also say that there are a couple of kids in Brown's own class (Jenkins, Moten) who LOOKED like disruptive kids inside. This guy doesn't look the part in high school which is why I have my doubts about him being here by 2016...much less contributing anything.

Ah yes...its the super-fan retort!

"Either say something positive or shut the **** up!"

When is your next MENSA meeting sir? I'm sure you'll be able to find all of the positive and rivetting discourse you require.

I hope Langham is in. But if not, we will be fine though. We have tons of WR already here and coming in the next classes.

I wasn't trying to be sarcastic, actually thought you might've known the kid. But, since you said you based your opinion about the kid heart solely on a video, I think that's ridiculous. You're a fan, not a talent evaluator!

Or we can make it a friendly wager sir.

How about it?

90-day avatar bet.

-Joe Brown is not even on this roster come Fall 2016.

2014 NT/OG Joe Brown from Paramount HS in Cali getting a first shot at playing NT makes sense since he is a 2 time area defensive player of the area according to the Los Angeles Times article below.
