Nebraska Game

This game has all the makings of a schit show.

Prime time games...be careful what you wish for when you have a green QB.

Nebraska has an outstanding RB...Ameer Abdullah, but their QB isn't that great. The QB, Armstrong, played extensively after Taylor Martinez got hurt. He threw 8 TDs to 9 INTs. He is a threat to run the ball, but he's no Cam Newton. Nebreska's d lost a lot in their dline. Bo Pelini plays a two gap system, where he needs solids DTs...but they don't have it.

This a game where Miami has to stack the box and force Armstrong to beat us with his arm. Our offense should be able to run the ball and our athletic WRs should find ways to get open....QB just has to deliver.

Nope the Nebraska D is no where close to UF talent wise. Biggest thing im worried about is visiting Lincoln. Crowd is hostile, especially early in the season.

No.....
Ameer Abdullah is the nation's leading returning rusher. NU's backup running back, Cross, is a legit threat too. UF had nothing like that. UF's defense was light years ahead of the defense NU will field, especially at DLine and in the secondary.

PBC...I agree with you in regards to the crowd

Yeah fly, Nebraska is a very underrated place to play, one of the best crowds in college football. NU holds an ongoing NCAA record of 333 consecutive sellouts.

Nebraska game would be an awesome trip. Primetime game, great venue, hospitable fans, and hopefully our first chance to see the all smoke uni's. Wish it was within my budget to get there. I'll be in Atlanta October 4th tho for sure.

Cornshusker fans are about the most hospitable I have seen. I am still spending money I made from them on our first NC game. Two teams have a rick history against each other for teams from different conferences and so far apart. Lot of NCs from games against each other. Should make for good pregame and ads leading up to the game. Hey, I don't think they have won a NC since the OB was torn down either.
