10 over 3 years is nothing in my view. That's why I have no problem with it and it allows the NCAA to save face

10 per year over 3-years. No bowl ban. We are already at 10 and can appeal.

We hit 65 payers as of September 2016. It sounds harsh, but lets UM get out of it with good recruiting. Everyone saves face.

If we appeal 10 per year, we can keep this year's class and we only decline to 65 by 2016. UM will accept that and it goes away.

No bowl ban and Golden knows it. He already let the cat out of the bag.

My prediction:

We get heavier sanctions than most are thinking. They've strung us along for years now, why stop? We'll appeal with the threat of a major lawsuit and this thing will go past signing day....again.
