NCAA investigation, go ahead, ask me...

The investigation into Maria Perez's conduct during the NCAA investigation is ongoing. The Florida Bar has a defined process that must be adhered to and it takes some time. But, it is getting to the point that a report will be presented to a Grievance Committee to review her actions and recommend dismissal or further action. Eventually, all of the information from the investigation will become public record.

Hopefully the bar doesnt let her practice during the investigation and takes 3 years

If it gets dismissed because of a finding of no probable cause, it will not be public record.

The S.D.Fla. Committee on Attorney Admissions, Peer Review, and Attorney Grievance is also investigating her conduct. When an order is entered at the conclusion of that matter, it will be posted here (assuming the order is entered this year): http://www.flsd.uscourts.gov/website/adminorders/AO2.asp?year=2013

Okay, here is my question:

Why is it taking them over ten weeks to copy and paste the Oregon sanctions for us? Even Maria Perez was faster at delivering documents!

I respectfully disagree. Even if the matter is dismissed by the Grievance Committee (which i don't beleive it will), the information will still be public record. I mention that because even if the Florida Bar decides that Ms. Perez did not violate any of the rules governing the Florida Bar, the investigative file may be an interesting read as it relates to the UM/NCAA matter.
