LMAO nah Quincy is my man tho. But he had to walk that back. Mario made sure he came to talk to him. And I think this staff can sell anything.

Emory will be a better player than DJ IMO. I don’t see us getting Raiola or Saylin. I think Emory is the future at QB.

Go back and look at how many 5* and Elite11 QBs have busted throughout the years it’s not necessarily an easy position to project like EDGE, DL and CB. Josh Allen and Patrick Mahomes were practically no name guys come out of high school and are now dominating in the NFL… I’m not saying that’s gonna be Emory but the staff does think very highly that he’s a future 1st rounder!

Exactly. It seems like 70% of these 5* QBs end up transferring after the 1st or 2nd year and many become busts. Penix 3* 36 ranked pro style played HS in Tampa and ended up going to Indiana doing nothing, transferring to Washington and he has already thrown for over 1,600 yards this season. Not sure what he will do as a pro but tearing it up at this level.

His limited reps have looked good. I do believe he’s got to process on the field quicker. Sometimes he’ll tend to hold onto the ball too long, but that’s not a physical flaw. Hopefully that gets worked through more reps against better comp.
