4.5 40 yard dash, and the third highest bench press with 28 reps for Runningbacks. WOW, Golden's Utough is paying dividends

He was always a beast in the weight room. Hopefully he gets drafted, he deserves it. With that 40 I am guessing he will.

Edit: I didnt see it was 4.50 flat. Wow, where did that come from? Awesome, awesome time for him.

He's the kind of kid that a coach will fall in love with in his interviews and draft him higher then normal. I hope so, he's deserves it!

Dude was never slow. Like to see him putting up good numbers here.

Hope he gets picked up early day three.

MADE HIMSELF SOME MONEY!

I genuinely got up from my couch and clapped excitedly when that was posted. **** yeah, man. That's a good guy who's the antithesis of the guys who came out the year before. I can only hope he's rewarded by making some money in the draft.

I think that time helps him. He's going to intrigue someone because he's so versatile and will contribute to a franchise as a whole.

4.60 the 2nd time, still a good time for him. He should definitely be drafted, has had a really good offseason. Insane versatility + amazing character.

This is what I believed he would do...good for him.

Brandon McGee will be drafted in the 3rd or 4th Round. He will run about a 4.40 and his film is good from this year. I think he will do pretty good in the NFL.

Mike James will also get drafted too IMO, 5th-6th round pick.
uhhhhhh no. when you got guys like alfred morris going around that time then that lets you know Mike James won't be drafted there.

We will see. 11 RB we're drafted after the 4th round last year. It wouldn't surprise me to see it again.

Let's see what he runs the 40 yard dash in, if it close to 4.5....I expect him to be drafted in the 5th-6th Round.

we'll just disagree about MJ.

now when it comes to Bradon, i said a while ago that i thought he would play a while in the L. dude is 6-0/6-1 and a good 190 pounds. he has the measurables and his coverage and physicality improved tremendously this past year. i say 4th on him.

BM also has some good film.

I think James will look the part and some NFL GM will like what he does at Pro Day (Bench Press and 40 yard dash) and take a chance. But we will see, getting drafted as a RB isn't the make or break.

What was his official weight?
He has the full skill set, if he can show better than adequate hands, he will move up

+1

Mike James legit might have moved into the 3rd-4th range......

-Hes going to be on the radar...as he is as versatile as it gets......he played fb...is good in pass pro....hes a special teams guy.

Mike James is a kid i take over alot of other guys they may hype.....i mean look at the KNiles Davis guy...he runs crazy time...but dude is always injured.. doesnt run with power at 220+.

Mike James 5'10 1/2 220 with 4.5 speed and 28 reps......good lord...

-also he has ALWAYS been a good guy in weightroom..as a freshman he was stronger than our current rbs that were in school already.

I love Mike and hope he goes in the first but no way he goes in the 3rd-4th! Lamar Miller was a 4th rounder. I'm guessing Mike with be a 6-7th rounder

yo Mike,

Lamar had injury concerns, couldn't pass block worth a crap, and I'm imagining he didn't interview too well.

Mike has all of those things going for him.

thats true, but Miller ran for 1,272 yards as a redshirt sophomore and ran an official 4.4 at the combine(a 4.38 and they changed it to 4.4official)

FWIW top RB last year did 28 reps, just saw on NFL network.

Good for Mike, pulling hard for him, one of my favorite Canes.
