Miami vs NCAA Hearings Day 1

I know we won't go on the offensive but I would love for us to give it right to the committee and remind they don't have **** and that we will sue them and bring down the whole ******* thing if they don't just end this debacle. rant over.

The **** does this mean?

Did he leave in disgust or did he leave because he no longer needs to be there to defense himself? I mean, he didn't get hit with a show-cause.

#Mizzou's Frank Haith done w/appearance in front of NCAA infractions committee in Indy. Not official, but source there says he checked out.

That's not adding up, as today was supposed to be mainly procedural stuff, and hoops was supposed to go after football. They either switched the order, or something else is happening.

ok all roads are leading to Haith's case being dismissed.

I don't think the NCAA will dismiss the case against Hurtt or Hill because they flat out lied to the NCAA.

if this is true then its great news for Miami for this 1 simple reason.. the COI is not going in with a bonehead mentality. My guess they eliminated the self corroboration so they dont' spent / waste most of the hearing taling about things that will be thrown out and this ended up clearing Haith.

I have never read anything about good or bad opening statements in COI cases. Please provide an example.

this is not a traditional case, the opening statements are huge because the set the tone of the entire hearing. There is a reason why Haith left after the first day.
 
No one has an idea. You all are working yourselves up in either direction based on what you hope and what fat manny says. No tea leaves here...
