#Mizzou's Frank Haith done w/appearance in front of NCAA infractions committee in Indy. Not official, but source there says he checked out.

That's not adding up, as today was supposed to be mainly procedural stuff, and hoops was supposed to go after football. They either switched the order, or something else is happening.
They haven't even gotten into Miami's football (Friday) or basketball (Saturday) violations so looking or feeling confident at this point is inconsequential.

I have never read anything about good or bad opening statements in COI cases. Please provide an example.
