Miami Pro Day, April 3rd

Green may be better suited as a rush LB than DE. Morris will get drafted, I'm sure. Put him in the right system and he can be good. Hurns will def be solid. He's a really good route runner, w/ solid hands and deceptive speed. All the makings of good receiver who may, I said MAY, hit a couple of Pro Bowls. O'Donnell will DEFINITELY be a REGULAR Pro-Bowl Punter. I also think Robinson will get drafted and could be a steal.

But, MY GOD....someone posted that this had to be the slowest numbers we've seen out of skilled positions and that is absolutely correct. No wonder teams were attacking zones and we played sooooooo far off from the line. Golden was trying to minimize the lack of skill we possessed. If we played close to the line, we would've been burned over the top, all game long. Smh...Now the truth is starting to be exposed and I hope we give Golden a little slack (FOR NOW). If the same thing happens this year, then we know it was a toxic combo of underachieving players w/ an underachieving coaching staff.

I can see someone taking Morris with a late 3rd rounder, his arm strength is great, he's got the gigantic hands that teams love on their QB's, he's probably the fastest QB in the draft.

He was the best QB at the Manning Academy last year, I just can't see teams not understanding how much time he spent playing hurt. If Landry Jones and Tyler Wilson were 4th rounders last year, I can't fathom Morris going any later than that.

I was under the impression that one of Morris' knocks were that he in fact had small hands? Also overal I feel you are seriously overrating Morris. The Manning Academy really doesn't mean squat, it really doesn't. Yes Morris was hurt but that wasn't what most were concerned with. The biggest problem with Morris is that he never improved through his years here. We thought that he was gonna take the next step but he didn't. Everyone saw him make that ELITE NFL throw 1/10 times and hoped that it was gonna get more consistent, but it never materialized.
