Coaches are hired for different talents. The WR's definitely improved as the season wore on, and there is even a thread on how good their blocking was vs. WVU. And Rumph did a great job with Elder, Colbert and Malik. So they can at least flat out coach. Leave the recruiting to Banda, Hartley and other beasts.
