We have seen elite resumes fail and crappy resumes have success. The only thing you can do is take a wait and see approach.

in the past it's been a severe weakness of his, but this year i think he was fine in game management

He improved for sure. Still has some game management room to grow, but this coming season's team is poised to be better than this team. Just need him staying out of the way and calling the properly timed TO or going for it on 4th and 1.

Great hire. Safe to say we got to the playoffs this year with him.

Mixed messaging on his recruiting. Some say good. Others say no. Mario was on record this year saying if you can’t recruit then there is no place for you on staff. So going to assume Mario sticks to that philosophy until proven otherwise
