Miami-Dade commissioners sound gung-ho about Soccer stadium

No I think it could be done in six. If I took 8 or 10, does it really make a difference. Are you taking into account all of the donations that will be made. You are apparently the auditor. And btw your numbers are way off. Just one example, Tickets right now at sunlife average about 100 a pop. You lower the supply you get more per ticket period.

Other than on the home side between the 20's, there isn't a $100 seat in the building. And on the other end of the spectrum, there are currently THOUSANDS of seats in Sun Life that sell at $30 and lower at full price.

Another thing you are forgetting is that ticket money is already needed and spent on other things. How do you plan on funding scholarships, travel, etc., if every dollar is going to pay off the stadium?

Why would anyone want our Canes football team sharing a field with a embarrassing girls sport like soccer? That would be humiliating sharing a field with a soccer team. It would be several times lower quality stadium than Sun Life. Where are the Luxury boxes for big $ boosters? Where are the bars, TV and restaurants inside the stadium we have now? Where are the jumbo stadium TV since few soccer stadiums do replays? The MLS plays from March to though the end of October for their regular season. Top that off with the City wants to be compensated at Market value if they provide the land for the stadium so it would cost a lot more for UM than we pay now. Then it will have a low seating capacity that will cost UM a lot of money for high ticket sales games with teams like FSU. Sharing a MLS soccer stadium would kill UM's football program.
