Careful, because apparently we don't run a tight ship and let the local media know everything....and it's leaked out ridiculously

When did he talk about it, after it was announced? That would be par for the course for him saying he knew things before it was announced...after it was announced.

Makes me wonder if the Candle stuff is all a smoke screen and OC will be another name no one has discussed.

In the modern age of football, everything matters. We need good local media. We need professional media. Little things matter and they add up and contribute to larger effects. Bama and the other top dawgs wouldn’t tolerate Susan, or manny, or Gaby, or Gary or whoever else. We need to follow suit.

As Mario should. We're a national program that gets absolutely nothing beneficial from local media (relative to how those relationships work in a TON of other places). It's more beneficial to have a Bruce Feldman type appear on national programs and talk about us than to play footsie with local reporters/media and have them bury us the moment they think it'll get clicks or advance their own careers. ****, I'd start giving Josh Pate more "access" than I do anyone locally.

That’s why we should take anything and everything they “report” with a grain of salt. They’re always just fishing for clicks.
