Manny Navarro's interview with TVD

[BGCOLOR=rgb(245, 245, 245)]We need TVD to be good this year. More than anybody else.[/BGCOLOR]
But he's not a good team leader and unfortunately there are some players on the team who lost respect for him after his flirting with Bama.

I'm glad he's back and hope for big things from him, but he hurt the team overall. I know the info wasn't supposed to get out but if he wanted to leverage Bama for more money he should have just negotiated more money without a threat to leave or he shouldn't have let it go public. That risk is always there and as the leader of the team, you can't afford to take that risk of losing trust. Look at what Drake Maye did at UNC. I'm sure he got more money somehow.. TVD should have found another way to get more money than to allow his leverage of a possible transfer to go public.
theres not One player sans kam kinchens from last season I would want respect from. They ALL at some point checked out. Those guys need a reality check as big as the one y’all want Tyler to have lol. They really have some nerve

It's a bunch of people commenting and also exposing their lack of football knowledge and proper assessment skills.

There is absolutely no way you think TVD was supposed to be anything but what he and every QB under Gattis is, and that's TRASH?

Let's keep it real. The people most angry at TvD are the gamblers and **** talkers.

Because you went around all off season talking **** to other fans and the players/team don't live up to expectations you now hate and over criticize everything from the school president to the custodian.

Seen a lot of good posters do this and turned into battered B**ches. They allow emotion and Fandom to over rule logic.

This is why I don't gamble and I don't talk **** to other fans.

So I don't grow an unfair and ignorant disdain for my fave team.

Dudes who have no idea how to breakdown an offensive scheme nor lead their way out of a paper bag are now hyper critical of TvD.

You can't make this shid up
They tell on themselves all the time. “One read” “locked onto guys” All guys without access to film. But when people who had the film dispel the myth they keep going. The man was out there short circuiting cause everything around him was failing. NOW is he off the hook? Nah.. yes he did flirt with other teams and up his price as if he was some sort of transformative Caleb Williams type guy and he done nothing to earn the bag he got.. but that’s just smart business

Tom Cruise What GIF

I was sold all last year that Caleb was nowhere as talented TVD and was hella overrated..

Imagine you've got a job you love. You're really good at it and you get along pretty well with your co-workers. A new company buys out your old boss and the new boss brings in his own management team. Ok, no problem, right? The new boss has a really good reputation and says all the right things but the manager he puts in charge of your position is another story. Not only is the manager inept at his job, he's also a prick to deal with. The guy takes a really productive sector of the business and changes the way everyone does everything. So now not only is production way down, but morale is in the toilet too because nobody can stand that guy. Your coworkers look to you to provide some positivity but even you can't stand working under this ***-clown anymore. So naturally, you do what anyone who's not a moron does and you start to check the want ads. You get your resume in order and sign up on Indeed or some other job site. After a year of almost running your company out of business, the boss finally fires the management that had no business being there in the first place. The boss says "don't go man, we're going to bring in someone better." Do you just assume he's going to hire the right man for the job now, or do you wait to see who he's hiring and before you take your resume back off the internet?

Its okay if someone can admit that they don't like someone based on what they apparently have done to apparently **** off someone.

However, that rules out any opportunity of you to make any comment in regards to that players ability because every comment is influenced by a personal bias.

Plus, yes, a ****** offensive coordinator with a ****** scheme, ****** calls whose signals get stolen all the time with a beyond-hurt O-Line are valid reasons why a QBs accuracy is off. Happens in the NFL all the time where a QBs accuracy is dropping because the circumstances around him are failing him.
Legit Mac Jones last year.

Put down the hookah pipe friend.

His accuracy, on a fairly consistent basis for all throw ranges, was subpar at best.

Subpar because why tho?

Subpar because he sucks/inaccurate?

Or Subpar because it's a timing he's not used too, the mechanics he's NOT being taught correctly(QB coach never coached the OC scheme b4), a system too dependent on OC and ability or lack thereof to process next play call, a route tree that's elementary af and couldn't poke holes in play dough, formation groupings that leave the Oline out to dry on reads and allow 1 defender to defend multiple people?

I was never a big TvD fan and you won't find a post from any season of me pumping sunshine up his ahh.

Yall just going a lil too hard on da young mane 4 me.

He stunk last year. We know. But everybody tf stunk. Get tf over it. We know what the young man can do in the right offense. **** most these young men. New year.

TvD WILL play better with Dawson. Yall know it. Stamp it. This ain't the kiddy table no mo.

If not TVD for our Canes....who you got for us?....
Our Canes are depending on TVD to such a high degree that if he gets hurt, which other team you looking to cheering for?...

Every Canes fan right now needs this guy, and we are throwing personal shidt into our sensitive feelings of the QB position....

Negative crap flying left and right...seriously!!
Unbelievable....it must be a hot summer out there!!!!

Gattis played a major role in TVDs regression from a legit potential 1st rounder to undraftable in one year. Legit almost ruined his career and life. Talent wise, who did Miami have on offense that TVD could depend on? It’s amazing he even gave Mario the benefit of the doubt and time to find another OC.

I get we are extremely bias here but if TVD was our brother or close friend…and you take Miami out of the picture we would have all advised him to jump ship and look for a new home after the **** show that was last season.

And for Bama? If we weren’t Miami fans we would have drove him to the airport ourselves to save his life

What’s TVD excuse for his poor performance against MTSU

Been trying to get them to provide examples but these guys just spew nonsense. TVD is a one-read QB and can't get ball out quick narrative debunk here. See 4:57 mark. Watch him come off the out route to the seem with quickness.

And can’t you see that in Lashlee’s pre snap read offense that TVD almost always throws to his #1 target because Lashlee called the best route the majority of the time based on what the defense was showing? He was hardly ever forced to go through progressions. If the main route wasn’t open there was always a safety route run.

Look at the highlights he posted. The majority are presnap reads by Lashlee to his main route.

There is and should intrinsically be more loyalty to the university you're receiving your degree from than an employer where really the only transaction is pay for work. If that job was a family business, would that change how you view your example?
