I don’t need to thank him at all. You go blow him for me though

No we do need to thank him. Thank him and Blake for being so inept at their jobs that the sleeping giant has finally awoken.

***** those 2. No participation trophies, I don’t care how hard he tried, he FAILED. And got paid a lot to do so. He should thank us and move on.

I actually found it classy and I understand his pain behind this...it sucks to be fired no matter who you are....as I've said many times I wish him well and hope for the best
Yeah, I'd love to get fired and receive a $4 million dollar check. Presented excuses and is trying to set up to get credit for any success in 2022. Don't think he even said thank you for the opportunity he should have never received.

Was he disappointed in losing to FIU, his play call on 4th and 14, or getting shutout in a bowl game?

It was classless dressed up as classy.

Gave their all is correct…..that’s why some players had to go outside the program to get mri’s and X-rays. Playing injured sometimes weeks and being told “ you’re ok”. Then if you sit out games you destroy them to scouts / nfl personnel. Other kids playing with multiple serious injuries then finally getting tests with the results being serious injuries. Players having 3-4 concussions with no concussion protocol, going back in the games. When it was obvious they were loopy.

Hopefully Mario cleans the people out who co-signed this ****ery.
Wow. Just wow

******* bum, good riddance you clown

EDIt: He goes out the same way his three years were, with a bunch of excuses

Not that I think he should’ve been retained but towards the end it did get sloppy and embarrassing for him. Who wants to find out they’ve been kinda sorta fired maybe but not really ?

I tried to feel bad for Manny at times but I can't make myself do it

His tenure was full of excuses and they continue

His best bet would be to pursue the FIU job and he could probably retire there while not moving homes, being close to family, and letting his dad continue to influence his career.

TBH i think he'd do decent there. Mario level FIU results. He can even hire Patke as his DC.
If he somehow gets the FIU job, I hope we schedule those bums every year so Cristobal can give him the Mack Brown treatment and show him what a Miami team is suppose to do to FIU.

Lol ok all coaches are excuse machines
To an extent, yes. Unfortunately, I never heard Manny once own up to any of his egregious coaching blunders. Like the terrible defensive calls when the game was on the line. It’s coach speak to say “ We coached poorly”, “it’s start with us” or “ we failed to put the players in a position to succeed” when you lose games. Haven’t heard that once from that nerd. Or maybe avoid saying that “tackling is not a scheme thing” when your team is ranked last in the country because you have the players tackling tires in practice. He’s a ******* entitled cornball. Good riddance!

Realistically Miami handled it well. Could’ve fired him mid season, but they didn’t. Instead they identified one coach who fits the program better (truth be told there’s several) and it was down to those two for the position for next season. He was aware of this. No one blind sided him. Manny should be happy he was even being considered to come back!

Manny stated many times that they have to coach the guys better. Like I said I will wait and see what the new coach does and see how it goes. I seen it all before. Fans get over hyped then down hill from there
