Luke Nickel state semifinal HL

Georgia has two elite WRs in the game as well, though some on board say UGA offense isn’t receiver friendly and fails in development,
UGA always gets them. But I think at this point it's pretty valid to question their development. Only thing I wouldn't question out of them is tight end,dt & lb development. All else is very hit or miss.

That announcer needs to have his credentials revoked immediately. To say a BIT more polished passer implies shebow bothered to polish up anything but *****. Dudes passing game was a gimmick and nothing else. He could throw a deep ball and jack **** else with continuous accuracy. Nickel is a FAR better passer at this point with a long way to go. Kids accurate at all phases from what I've seen.

I thought that was a stretch. Teebow was 6'5" and 250 lbs and for comparisons sakes... Elijah Lofton is 6'3" and 230.

This kid does not impress me at all. I watched him for 2 years now and he seems average at best. This kid is not the answer for us. Now the kid Jones HS Dereon Coleman he’s baller, he reminds me of Charlie Ward. I think Coleman is future us. Luke will not start over Coleman.
What, exactly would it take for him to impress you? What are his shortcomings?

Nickel threw for 302 yards and 3 TDs on 19 passes and also ran for 92 yards and 2 TDs on 7 carries. His undefeated Milton team beat Lee County, 56-28.

Championship is on Tuesday at Mercedes-Benz stadium against Josh Horton’s alma mater Langston Hughes.

Luke Nickel brings us our next one or two national championships!

We actually don’t know until they are playing. This kid is still in HS.
And did Noland play this season or would you still be going off the last time anyone saw anything out of him in high school as well? Because results tell you this kid is a better QUARTERBACK than him as well. The key is not saying he's also a better athlete. That's what Noland has on him. That's what some dude in here who said this kid is just average and Coleman is the next Charlie Ward(even though Charlie Ward wasn't the best quarterback either while he was a **** of a playmaker) cause Coleman just played the same heritage team that this kid put up NUMBERS against and he was seriously below average as a QB. I think on here people either put way too much stock into what they can do with their legs OR it's a bias I'll just say. Cause anyone who looks at each right now as strictly QBs it's gotta be real tough to say Coleman is the better QB prospect. He may get there. But he's got a **** ton of development ahead of him.

What makes you say that? I'm guessing not on field results.

I’m going off of HS. I THINK Milton will be a better qb. But there are a lot of people speaking in definitive terms. I find that to be short sided.

I would have said it was an average arm until tonight. The kid has a better arm than anybQB on our roster right now. I’d say he walks in as a freshman in the 70+ percentile for arm strength in the country. Probably in the 90+ percentile for accuracy/placement
He ended the arm strength debate for me too. When he's on, his ball placement is the best I've seen from a high school QB. That's what's got me most excited.

He's the first freshman QB we've had in years that I've been excited about.

Don't get why some are just seeing his arm strength now. He's been airing out 60yrd on a dime even last season. Love this kids tape. Just hope he keeps developing. Trajectory he has now, he's a multi year starter.

That's the thing though. It was always adequate. That was never up for debate. I had heard some things from coaches on two different teams who went up against Milton. The clips they sent me showed the same things.

But there's no denying it now. He's the truth.
