No doubt that Bama was/is leading. I hope this staff pulls off some surprises at WR, OL and CB cause right now we are looking weak at our most important spots for this class. Its hard to fathom honestly knowing that Richt has always been an above average recruiter at Georgia.

Im still not sold that Slaton and Herbert end up at Miami. Besides Pete, has there been any other smoke about them both coming to Miami?

Saban's apparently a very difficult person to work for. Reason you work for him is the experience and a chance of getting national titles while being paid at the top of your respective position. It's not out of the ordinary that Kiffin would make the lateral move to LSU OC if he doesn't get the Houston gig.

I respect you & I know you're an insider, so I defer to you...

However, I'm sorry man, I just don't believe it... You definitely know more than me, but I find it very hard to believe that Smith is coming...

But what if they're right for the confidence? Not saying what's going to happen I have no idea but every year including this year everybody picks multiple guys that have no chance to here and they come. Not saying you're wrong just they can't be that dumb at wr and smart everywhere else

When it comes to WR's & CB's, I don't trust this staff's confidence about any prospect...

Look, I hope we get Smith, so I'm not saying it in a negative way... But from everything I've read, Bama has had the lead with Smith for a long time.

Just recently Smith & Moses both visited LSU together, from an LSU writer the thing that he pointed out in his article was that Smith & Moses were both being recruited by Eddy O as Bama recruits... That let me know all I needed to know.

It would be great to land the kid, but it's just unrealistic thus far... He's only visited once for the UNC game & idk if Duggans has had his in-home with him yet, but compared to how often he visits Bama, doesn't look good for us.

You are aware he lives pretty close to bama right opposed to pretty **** far from us. My most obvious critique to what you said though relates to your lack of confidence for wr & CB for this staff... why exactly is that considering this staff hasn't been able to prove anything one way or another. Good or bad until signing day gets here... you're gonna sit back & critique the staff because you haven't heard enough publicly about our efforts? Pete's already told yall some of the people were on were staying quiet about until it's time. Do you honestly think we'll I'm hearing next to nothing concerning either of those positions so clearly they're just sitting back collecting a check doing nothing? AGAIN KIDS LOVE DUGANS,FAMILIES LOVE DUGANS. Mike gets alot of respect on the trail & is well liked. Doesn't make sense how fans of ours just sit back & hope we fail... try positive energy. It's amazing how that works. El this isn't just to you but in general. Also you gotta remember first off recruiting is a very fluid situation. You're dealing with sought after kids & their emotions & egos with grown ups with endless money pulling them in different directions. College football is a huge business for these universities,etc. Never forget things can change from one second to the next.

I just don't see how Smith would think he'd get any playing time at all at Bama. He's like their 3rd or 4th best WR in this class alone.

Yeah but I can also say if Bruce didn't **** up down here and if Henderson dad wasn't close to Shannon/Edwards wasn't so worried about getting attention that they'd have a pretty good resume already. Ijs when you have a veteran staff wwho **** near master every position I have a hard time believing they just turn dumb at one other position especially when tthey got quite possibly the top 2 wrs on the board last season locally when it was up in the air by the time they came

You can say that about several positions Bama has been recruiting in the past. Kids still go there regardless.

I never sit back & hope we fail... In fact, I'm one of the more positive cats on here...

I'm going off what's happening, I never said they're not out there trying or just doing nothing, but they're not hitting on most of their targets at WR & CB... It's not even a critique, it's just what's happening right now.

I have no issue with us possibly getting Dean & Edwards back as far as CB's is concerned.

And again, we keep having this argument & for some reason you really have trouble understanding what I say, which is why I stopped arguing with you a while ago lol...
