If only that was the strategy last year when JS was waffling. Should have given him a number he couldn’t say no to. We still end up with Cam and we are in the playoffs this year.
God himself could have lined up in the slot and we wouldn’t have made the playoffs this year. We already had the #1 offense in the country.

Our defense is what kept us out.

Former Utah cornerback Cameron Calhoun told InsideTheU on Thursday that he is working to set up a visit with Miami. The redshirt freshman intercepted a pass and broke up nine more this fall.

Sources have indicated that Miami is also working on setting up a visit with Nebraska linebacker Mikai Gbayor. The 6-foot-2, 230-pounder has started 15 games over the last two seasons with the Cornhuskers, totaling 73 tackles and nine tackles for loss over the past two seasons.

The last would be Louisiana Tech defensive tackle David Blay. The 6-foot-4, 303-pounder is one of the portal's most coveted interior defensive linemen and sources have told InsideTheU that there has been contact between Miami and Blay with the two parties working to put together a visit. Blay totaled 10.5 tackles for loss and 6.5 sacks as a redshirt junior for the Bulldogs.
