At this point if you don’t adapt to your market, then you're falling behind.
I totally get not over paying for anyone unless you know for a fact he is a generational talent. (Didn’t workout with J Smith).

But if you have high level P4 tape then Mario has to pay that suck tax. He doesn’t have the luxury to get filler or depth anymore. He needs legit elite starter talent at multiple positions.

Next year’s schedule is not a cakewalk. If he wants to make the playoffs in 25’ then deficiencies must be addressed properly and not with more jags.

Get me the Evan Stewart’s and not the Sam browns.
Did you over pay for Powell? Was that NIL worth it’s return?

Don’t just get better or deeper at safety, get the **** first rounder that everyone wants.

We already have contributors. Get me difference makers.

Question is do UF and Oregon still have more juice to even grab those dudes.

They spent a ton of money which begs the question “how much do they have left”?

Cant say we ain’t broke and get cooked in HS recruiting and then also get beat by those same teams in the portal.

At some point you’re either broke, or cheap. And being cheap at this point is just plain refusing to win.

We used to say “we can’t break the same rules other teams can”

Well it’s full blown purge anarchy right now in cfb. Adapt or die.
