Look to the Transfer Portal: Discussion thread

So whats the story with the Innis kid? I thought I heard he was most college ready wr a couple years back but didn’t see him in the box score and looks like JS came in and making noise already.

If he were to transfer after this year, would we have interest? Or were bridges burned/impressions change on him?

When is the right time to start back channeling portal transfer possibilities for next year?

60% transfers make up our top 12 performing players this week per PFF with Cam at #1 and Meesh and Alston in top 5.

This is how it needs to look year over year. Balance of developed players from high school mixed in with transfers. Nobody hits on every high school kid so we need to bring in proven players to fill in at positions of need and they need to be difference makers with proven performance. This is the recipe for success in the NIL era and how Mario is building/has built the program.

On3's priorities when the Gates flood into the portal after Billy and the G5s are fired. Disagree strongly with some of these evals.

McCray and Lagway way too low and Zandamela doesn't belong on this list or any list below the Top 30.

I'm really surprised we're not seeing an avalanche of this from FSU players.
Bc most are 4 year or 5th year players so they are either out of eligibility or on to the draft. Norvell hasnt played any of the young guys outside of their true freshmen RB.

***** move to enter the portal like this. These guys couldn’t earn it during fall camp and gave it up not even 1/3 of the season in.

What type of mindset does that show future coaches ? Not a good look.

This is why I’m appreciative of the culture Mario has built, elite teams establish elite cultures.
