Let's compare to Mario last year.
Mario was hired on 12/6. His recruiting class had 0 5*, 10 4*, and 5 3*. We ranked 16th.

All this hype is over the one 5*. We'll see how next year goes, but I expect similar results. Colorado isn't going to become a powerhouse program on the back of a single 5*.

Here’s a question I haven’t heard asked. Actually two.

1. Did Cormani’s camp only learn of HoF CB Sanders when he became HC of Colorado
2. If not, and they wanted Cormani to be developed to be the best, why wasn’t he committed to Jackson last fall? Why wasn’t he visiting Deion throughout 2022? If he’s the best, you would travel to be trained under him no matter the location, right?

To be fair, you need to isolate Miami’s 2022 class to those that Mario directly brought aboard - same conditions as Deion.

I just pulled straight from 247. Both were hired at the same time of year and recruits could be dropped or choose elsewhere. I didn't compare either by whether they were actively recruited by Mario/Deion.
