Strong hire though again by Golden. Shows the state of the program when we dont have to scrape the bottom of the barrel for assistants anymore.

Know you ****ers dont want to admit it but we need FSU to be great and they need us just as well! Those insane battles we had through the 80s, 90s and early 2000s are the reasons lots of kids wanted to come here! They don't want to come for big games vs GT, Virginia, Duke, Maryland, Wake, NC.... They want those moments that Santa had"big time players", Shockey(big TD catch), Barrow knocking Vanovers head off, Sean being Rix's worse nightmare..... It's the reason kids like Cooper leave, cause we don't have that right now.

So yeah i respect FSU for always facing us, i want them to return to be the prominent program they were and most of all, I want to break their hearts every year!

Also with Cristobal, I understand it sucks him going, but also I understand him taking the job 3 times the pay and working for the top program in the country. And if it's true what my buddy was told, Cristobal went back to UM and gave them a chance to match the offer. If it is true that he did that, then he did do at least from that end the right thing of giving UM a chance to match the offer, and again 3 times the money you are making is a lot to pass up especially considering the program he was going to. His only responsibility is to put his and his family's career and income potential in the best possible situation. As a UM fan it sucks and we don't like it, but as a father and a man, I doubt anybody here would not have done what he did, and would also be fair enough to at least have the U to match the offer.

I'd neg you if I did that sort of thing.

I have no issue with fsu being a good team when we kick their ***. That has nothing to do with me respecting them. **** them. The fact of them being a ranked team when we take them to the woodshed has no bearing on whether or not I respect them. Beating ranked teams has a positive effect on our ranking. Once again. **** them.

If a TE coach wants to get an NFL gig, they will realize you get to coach these guys (Sandland, Dobard, Griffin and the British Detective)...also at Miami we actually use the TEs. Maybe Scott realized the opportunity is much much much better here.

So, if you are a coach that feels slighted in some way, because we haven't looked at some mid-tier prospect they have, this is the type of guy they already have a relationship with and know won't slick talk'em or bull****'em.
