Have we ever surrounded a freshman QB with an OL like next season and talent at WR and RB ever before? Legit wondering.

I dont think so but starting with ND is brutal for a true freshman - and as proven with how the ACC went this year, we'll need to go 11-1 or 12-0 to get in the playoffs, so that ND game is critical

Another ACC team without their starting QB in these bowl games. Right off the bat without looking it up Duke, UNC, Va Tech, Louisville and the 2nd half of Miami didn't have their starting QB.

I take Drones all day, I hope its him. Everyday Drones is looking better and better to me. Big question is his health as he missed basically the last quarter of the season. He came back for the Clemson game and clearly shouldn't have played. We haven't seen him since.

He's healthy. Has been for weeks.

Sure, you are correct. We all know Emory isn't the guy. Doesn't excuse Mario and Dawson for not having a plan for the kid, which they clearly didn't. I like Dawson but he completely failed knowing Emory was gonna play significant time

VT is an absolute dumpster fire. Pry is Fuentes 2.0 up there as far as culture goes. He will not be their head coach this time next year. 1-12 in one possession games...

they’ve lost like 7 starters to the portal, and the most secondary losses in the conference until NC State imploded overnight. I’d imagine they’re not done quite yet…

My money is on Pry not lasting all of 2025. That plus they lost two key OL, one to LSU.

@407cane had a great point. Riley Leonard is leading a final 4 team. Leonard ain’t standing back, picking apart defenses either. Guess what’s Leonard’s high in a single game this season? 229. Drones here, with an OL, focus on play action, misdirection, easy short, completeable passes … someone hand me some tissues.
