No Ed Reed or Taylor comparisons eitherTwo pages not one mention of 1st round draft pick. CIS is growing up before our very eyes.

You could tell from the moment he stepped on the field that he just had the instinctsYeah, but only Borregales was a 1st teamer. We haven’t had a position player as a 1st team AA since I believe like 2005. We had some 2nd & 3rd teamers, but this is completely awesome.
Also, I was very, VERY high on Kam. Everyone was so fixated on James, but that Kam was rarely talked up. To me, he looked like the better S & more natural. He’s only going to get better. A true Sophomore as a 1st team AA. Love to see it.
Not many of Manny's players will be left, add that to the portal guys and we have a new Cane mindset and team......Mario's....Kitchens is about the only guy that bought into Mario. On gameday, he was also the only player that actually looked like he wanted to play. I'm glad his hard work paid off. I hope the rest Manny's guys take note of this and follow Kitchens footsteps
I read somewhere that its been 17 years since we have had an AP all Americanwho was our last AP All American?
Be carefulBack when LCE cared he said this was the guy.
Yea but kam only a true sophomore. That’s what separates him from the list you named. And tbh It’s more impressive in my opinion to stand out nationally on a bad team as an individual than it is to get recognized nationally while being on great team with great players around you. That’s just me thoIn every bum season we have someone who shows out and gives me a reason to be at least moderately intrigued.
2010- Leonard Hankerson and Sean Spence
2011- Lamar Miller and Sean Spence
2012- Freshman Duke Johnson
2014- Duke Johnson with the best Canes season in the last decade
2018- The Gerald Willis year
2019- Gregory Rousseau dominating
2021- Tyler and Rambo show
2022- Kam
This list tells me that we often suck. Hopefully that changes
I had young guys on there. Greg was a redshirt freshman as was Tyler last year. Duke in 2012 was a true freshman.Yea but kam only a true sophomore. That’s what separates him from the list you named.
