Kam Kinchens All-American

Yet, some in this fan base be really still caping up for Diaz. Lol. The frustrating part is when u have guys on this board calling for guys to be recruited, & being right a good portion of the time, FOR FREE; meanwhile, u have guys making 100’s of thousands - millions/yr f’ing up in their evals.

Kam was another Redwine, which this board had to beg & scream Golden & No’D to offer; & iirc, they only offered b/c they got left w/ their ducks in their hand by other guys they pursued.

Waaaay too many of these same stories. This interview gave me PTSD of all the studs we let bounce by misevaluating that came back to eat us alive as recompense!
Early in the year I was going to post that Kam looked like Ed Reed out there. I may have posted it or got shook to say Ed and him in the same sentence. Coming out I thought he was Jaquan Johnson with closing speed and the traits JJ didn't have due to genetics.

23. Green Bay Packers (via NYJ)
Kamren Kinchens, S, Miami

Technically, this pick is still the Jets' property, but we're assuming here that Aaron Rodgers plays at least 65% of the snaps for New York this season -- which would hand the selection to Green Bay. The Packers' secondary has lacked a versatile safety who can patrol the third level of the defense for a while, and Kinchens is a rangy mistake-eraser on the back end. He has outstanding ball skills (six interceptions last year) and is a consistent wrap-up tackler.

Potential needs: S, OT, WR
