Kaaya staying IMO

I like Brad, we are a legit team with him next year. I think he should stay, for his football future, Richt will really help him. Too many people on this board nitpick everything about Brad's game, yet with all his flaws, he is the all-time leading passer at UM. If he returns, he has a great chance of being the all-time leading passer in ACC history. Our own fans just beat this kid up though, I've heard no credit to Brad from this board about the beat down the offense gave WVU the final 40 minutes of that game. At one point I saw he had completed 18 of 20 passes. We have not had a QB as good as Brad in a very long time. Lost in the celebration of our Defense, rightfully so, was how dominate the offense was the final 40 of that game. They complemented each other, defense got off the field and the offense ran the clock out in the fourth quarter. That shows a physical dominance in the game. Best total game played all year IMO. Come back Brad and get a championship.

To the people saying we'd have a limited ceiling next year with Kaaya, he just had a season of 3,532 yards, 62% comp, 27 TD's, 7 Int's.

Kaaya just put together the best season for a Miami QB nearly 15 years. Everyone, and I mean everyone should be hoping he returns.

Guaranteed "No Mas" performances against FSU, UNC, VT and ND next year, plus we drop another. 7-5 and Kaaya is great, man! Mark it down.

Don't know if y'all watched the CFB playoffs. But kayya would've died today if he would have had to play against those pass rushes.

Of course. Our OL couldn't establish a running game against West Virginia!

We back? Please.

Op is NOT full of ****. He is a very legit poster. He is prolly referencing agents grades. Richt will talk with Brad and shoot him straight as a arrow. Kaaya is coming back ya'll. We gonna do it big next year.

He can be legit all he wants..... Kaaya did not get a low 5th round grade from the advisory board(what actually matters) because that grade doesn't exist.

Hey moron well you pretend you understand what yourelse stating this is where context & comprehension will get you away from minimum wage. Anyone with a brain knows the grades from the advisory committee don't come back for atleast another three weeks & that's for the can't miss juniors that get grades first. Believe it or not there is a bunch of PEOPLE who can ADVISE him of what he grades out as... if you still don't comprehend than I apologize for picking on the mentally challenged.

Thts nit what you said though. In your first post you maddest seem as if he got a legit 5th round grade from the advisory board. You said he got a 5th round grade. Hmmmm....

I'm not sure where you can get that from. There's alot more ways than an advisory committee to grade out to something. ANYONE WHO EVALUATES & MAKES AN ASSESSMENT grades the people evaluated out... don't mean to confuse but to me this is real simple. Clearly I'm hard-headed cause I repeatedly tell myself just keep **** to myself but half the time I still come back & tell yall.

That dumb *** probably thinks the NFL draft advisory board grades OL performance too because they're the only ones who can give out football-related grades.

Don't pay that pvssy any attention, Dee. He's an FSU fan.

But threw the late game changing touchdown to send it to overtime. But a blocked xp ended that.

Kaaya would be mentally retarded to leave early to be a 5th round pick. A 5th round pick actually stands a larger chance of being cut than he does making an NFL team. Last time I looked something like only 30% of 5th round picks make rosters.

Unfortunately, UM fans have been brainwashed into thinking any player who has some success here absolutely must leave early. Not every college player who has success at the college level needs to leave early.

I'm waiting for the next two weeks to be up, and the offcial announcement comes out...Till then enjoying the New Year...

Love the jnfo from Brooklyn but but you white knights are driving me crazy. Man doesn't need the defenders. And he should own up that his post said he got his grade - singular - as in suggesting it's the grade from the advisory committee. No big deal and quickly cleared up. He got back some evaluations from a few sources and the consensus put him in the late fifth as a grade. Coupled with the advisory committee not grading him in the first two rounds, it should help persuade him to stay.

Why does "5th round grade" automatically mean it came from the NFL advisory committee? You guys read that into Dee's post. I didn't make that assumption because I know that Dee knows the NFL advisory committee only gives out 1st or 2nd round grades.

People love their gotcha moments on here. So they saw a chance to cite the fact that the NFL only gives 1st and 2nd round grades and rub Dee's face in it instead of just asking for a clarification on what he meant by "grade." The way he phrased it could just as easily be read the way he meant it.

Even with his deficiencies its hard to see Brad going that late in the draft. 4-6 QBs are usually taken within the first 3 rounds. Imo its hard to see 6 QBs taken over him in this draft.

Lmao It was a 12 yard drive

I like Kaaya a lot, but he has some things to work on. He is also, far and away, the best QB on our roster.

Dude should take up soccer and ballet over the offseason to work on his footwork. SOMETHING to get his feet quicker. There has to be something. Hot coals, maybe? If he can work on his feet, and stop making bad throws when there is a thought of pressure, he'd be a sure fire top 10 pick. Footwork and toughness.. He fixes that and he'll make a lot of money come 2018. A heck of a lot more than he'll make this year.

And yet he still threw a potential game tying td on 4th and 6 with 1 minute 30 seconds left

Agreed all the way around - based on what Pete said it seems like the decision is dragging out longer than expected (or at least the announcement) which I think likely indicates something shifted the momentum to staying vs. leaving. A 5th round projection from people in the league and a referral to stay in college from the advisory committee should do that.

Lets face it -if there one position where even the Pro Scouts miss - it is QB
- There are most busts at the QB position than anywhere else so know one really knows until they play on sundays
