I don't agree with that. He has showed just as much arm strength of any of these other qbs imo. I thought he increased his arm strength this year

Arm Strength was alwats going to be a negative for him. So is his footwork/mobility in the pocket. Hes just slow and heavy footed in the pocket which is not good, especially with a bad ol.

Id say Kaayas arm is weaker than Goffs arm, but still good enough to hit just about every throw.

Did he ever really show his arm strength? Personally I look at a 15 yard comeback route or a deep sideline out to gauge arm strength, and we didn't really run these type of routes.

Every D1 QB (generally speaking) can toss is 50 yards downfield when they have protection.

All I'm saying is maybe BK's arm strength is yet to be determined.

Brad's arm strength is mediocre. He can improve it by stepping into throws more often and getting stronger.

Yup...he has great touch but he lets too much air get under his ball. Needs to work on using all of his body in his throws

Kaaya should stay if he isn't a a lock 1st rounder and really a top 10 lock . He will be that if he comes back and that is a ton of money made and you don't have to worry about playing if you are picked in the top 10 you will be the head of a franchise . I think he comes back . Also I think he wants to finish what he started and next season we will be close to being all the way back . By all the way back I mean being in the playoff talk and winning the coastal minimum.

I'll agree with you guys about BK's footwork and mobility in the pocket, but the kid has enough arm strength to make it in the league. Some of his throws to the sideline are throws you won't even see in a college football game anymore. He's connected on some bombs to Richards too. Arm strength isn't what brings him back to Coral Gables next year.

Richard and Cooley bailed him out on his stared down passes . 3rd and 3 he throws down the field 50 yards never goes to his second read . Hope he leaves

Hmm, Did McShay write this:

"Poor build. Very skinny and narrow; still looks like a rail at 215. Looks a little frail and lacks great physical stature and strength. Can get pushed down more easily than you'd like. Lacks mobility and ability to avoid the rush. Lacks a really strong arm. Can't drive the ball down the field and does not throw a really tight spiral."

Lol all I was talking about was arm strength.... I know the kid has his flaws.

His arm-strength isn't the issue. It's the footwork necessary to set up proper throwing mechanics that he's deficient in...but yes, his physique and general strength need to improve to become a better player. He also needs to have better pocket presence and leadership. I'm surprised he's doing this NFL draft dance at all, because it shows poor insight to not immediately acknowledge another year would make him a better player; or if nothing else have the competitive juices (a la Baker Mayfield) to know that he's still got work to do.

I get what you're saying, but he does not have a great arm to begin with. If Kaaya had Stephen Morris' arm, he'd probably be a first or second round pick, even with his poor ability to step into the pocket and poor strength.

McGhey might have multiple personality disorder. I swear I heard him say Kaaya was in his top 4 QB's today on Russillo & Kanell. Eff all the Draftniks. Beano Cook has Ron Powlus going #1 overall.

He does have him in his top 5, but it's an awful qb class.

Oh and beano had powlus winning two heismans
