K STATE

we were good against the rush so i'm not to concerned, we just gotta watch out for the option...our offense has to be ready to score a lot of points though, which i think they will... i know it's BC but i think our offense will be solid this season, our main problem is our pass rush.

I like our chances. Don't get behind early. Try to get a lead and never let it go. Don't get fancy on either side of the ball. I guess this goes for every game but kstate doesn't scare me and shouldn't scare our coaches. Big plays can be the key to this game, so special teams play might be a big factor. While I don't like risking duke on returns it might be a good move. Unless our defense comes out and controls the game, we need those points and the field position.

The bottom line is that we have to win the turnover margin by +2 to have a realistic chance of beating k-state on the road, given our glaring defensive weaknesses.

I still have nightmares about them running that garbage inverted zone read all over us last year. Plus its on the road in a tough place and its an early start. We were able to put up points and move the ball on them though. Hopefully we are better prepared defensively this time around.

Should be a great test for this young team win or lose there are going to have to grow up fast the crowd will be electric!

We skate cause al golden gets it.

Our defense is doodoo and we win by 1. 37 to 36

They have a better running game than last year and a mobile qb. Will be tough but good

This is a tough *** game man. Tough ******* team on the road. Veteran QB. Experienced coach.

There's absolutely no reason for people to think this game is a slam dunk for Kansas St. They are primarily a running team, our run defense isn't that bad. Their secondary and defensive line are very weak, and our offense was very successful against them last year. They won 10 games last year but they were 8-1 in games decided by 7 points or less. Those trends generally don't hold up over time. They had a very favorable +/- in turnovers last year, which helped them pull off so many close games.

All Miami needs to do is protect the football, execute better on defense, and let the superior athletes bring this thing home. KState should definitely be favored, but this one should be close and there's no reason Miami can't win.

A white WR/TE from KSU is going for 150+ on Saturday.

Perryman can be a real game changer if he's able lay Klein out a few times.

Will be a tough game through the first half. They will be ready, and will throw a bunch of wrinkles to what they do and have both our O & D off balance part of the time. I truly think, though, that we out tough them and make them play our game come the 2nd half and pull out a close one. BTW, whats the spread on this one right now?

What are the odds of us putting pressure on a very good and tough qb in Klein, when the BC qb barely got a grass stain.

They're big, strong, well-coached, and will play smart.

We have more overall talent, but it's going to be a dogfight.

We gotta want it more than they do.
