Yeah I’m not taking Luke word as a definite, nobody should. I just asked is it common. Ray ray ain’t the only offensive recruit be told this supposedly. That why I’m interested to see if Cj is told the same or different this weekend.

Could be semantics. If Mario really is waiting for Gattis to find a new employer, he could go back to recruits and say “I thought he was coming back. I didn’t fire him, he left on his one” to cover himself. Seems a little too complex, but we are into that kind of stuff here

Lol. Yeah Mario is gonna tell Luke “he’s fired, just don’t let the cat out of the bag.”

Reporters (or anyone for that matter) ain’t getting **** until Mario wants it out. And those that leak (as we’ve seen with Gaby) get starved with info.

Mario was recruiting for Oregon up until he signed to Miami because he’s a professional. Don’t think he expects the same from his staff?

If you’re going to be negative while admitting to not having any inside info then take the bet.

Doesn’t always work like that, Miami could be on the hook for the difference in payment if he gets another job.

Is he still lingering around , if hes comes back im not watching college next year . Its more interesting watching paint dry over this scheme

gattis is back and TVD is back channeling for possible landing spot.He could be full of **** but he does have NIL deals with current players,so he has access to inside info.

Lashlee is going to have himself a nice receiver room when the portal smoke clears. I don’t know **** about this, but wouldn’t surprise me. Why would TVD stay if Gattis is retained? It would be insanity.

I posted nothing had changed with Mario , he just wanted to have a sit down with the team before it got out. Everyone here said ” then why is he out recruiting the day after the Utah game ? Because he’s a professional and is getting paid as such.

Sure, but that’s not the same situation as having a lame duck coordinator on the trail. If I’m firing an incompetent manager who also happens to be an *******, I’m not allowing him anywhere near my clients. Same applies here. There is zero upside or value imo in allowing that guy to have contact with recruits and their families. It also creates the risk that those folks will be deceived, either intentionally or unwittingly, regarding Gattis’s status. That’s not good, either.

If multiple guys are leaving from both sides of the ball who does the recruiting all over the country ?

I will say if the info on TVD is true something drastically changed That said he doesn’t have to work back channels because he knows who‘s interested. That’s not exactly a secret. It’s been reported he was staying at one point and there was a big NIL deal in place.

If Gattis was retained him and Garcia would leave, neither guy trusted him. On Top of all that a recruit was told “ drastic changes to the offense / scheme.

Nothing is making sense.
