yeah there's better signal callers it seems but sometimes I think coaches prefer cohesion

arroyo and cristobal were co-oc's under taggart

then arroyo was the sole play caller the following year when cristobal was HC and they went 11-2 together

offense was top 20 in scoring offense that year (2017) but a lot of other metrics are just average... we'll see

either way it's an upgrade from what we have now and would at least be nice to have someone who's had success and works well with cristobal and mirabal etc.

Technically, we were 93rd in scoring offense (helped immensely by the 70 we scored against Bethune) and Iowa was 123rd in scoring offense. (They won their game against FCS South Dakota State 7-3…no ****)

Regardless of how it happens this was the way I always figured this would be the way they’d try to do it. Both parties just move on, no buyouts or damage to your name in coaching circles ( minus the awful offense).
