I believe Urban told higher ups...but lied to the media. The media is now mad because he lied to them...but any real football program that wins at all cost could care less about the media. Urb bout to skate this thing. Which sucks.

I don’t think he did, the guy is like family to him.

He knew this dude was up to this crap a decade ago at UF. He just was being loyal , at least he thought he was.

Couple of reasons.

First, Ohio Taint just fired Zach Smith for ALL of his domestic issues. Now that we are finding out that everyone knew about everything in 2015, the question would be why anyone (not just the AD, but Urban Liar too) chose to keep him employed for the last 3 years.

Second, we do NOT know that Urban Liar met ALL of his Title IX requirements. He MIGHT have done so FOR THIS ONE INCIDENT. But police were called out NINE TIMES. So let's say that Urban Liar reported ONE incident, the texts to his wife are not solely related to "only" one incident.

Third, we have to acknowledge the distinct possibility that Urban Liar did not report the 2009 incident properly (a Title IX violation at UF).

Fourth, the test is not "arrested".

Fifth, the lying to the media is, in and of itself, significant. Maybe it is not as much of a violation as the Title IX violations, but it is also significant. For instance, consider what happened to McSharkfvcker when he talked about getting death threats from Gaytor fans. There are lots of false statements that you can make to the press which then cause damage to the university. It may not be a violation of the law (as Title IX violations would be), but let's not pretend that coaches can't be fired for lying to the media in a way that brings discredit to the athletic department and the university.

This right here. It looks like this committe is looking to save the school and Urban. Zach and Gene Smith seem like the fall guys here

Sixth, Urban Liar claims he lied at Big 10 media days because he wasn't prepared to talk about it...but he didn't just say "I deny that", he literally accused McMurphy and the media of lying and MAKING UP A STORY, when he himself was lying.

Sorry, but even if that is not "a crime", it is going to be **** hard to come back from that one alone.

You clearly must have forgotten who we're talking about. This is the same dude that unleashed Aaron Hernandez on the world and has been explaining that away in parent's living rooms for years. He has absolutely no shame.

1.) Because he wins championships.
2.) Agree with that
3.) What happened at UF does not factor in this. **** they were killing people at UF and he didnt bat an eye..neither did OSU when hiring him. UF was literally uncontrollable with him as head man and it wasnt even a secret.

A win at all program like OSU could care less about the media or lying to them. Saban literaly has all those square *** media guys afraid to even ask him questions.

We shall see....i see this shaping up for the Urb to skate with a small sitting out of a few games. I want him GONE too...but the setup is clear as day already forming.

Yep if he doesn’t get fired after this protest will happen, pressure will be created and stories will start being looked for and will be found. The time will come

Was urban Meyer’s stint at ufag some secret that nobody knew about? Even ESPN was talking about how liar’s stint at ufag was full of “questionable decisions and players”
Any parent that sends theire son to play for that dude knows exactly what they’re getting into.

I wouldn't be shocked if boosters at other schools wouldn't fund a strong group to constantly attack the school, fly banners during the game, sell shirts saying how the school doesn't care about abused women. This **** can get explosive

Tressel was winning at Ohio State and they fired him for simply bull****ting the NCAA about tattoos. Urban's on the hook for a title IX investigation now.

Urban with his latest release basically claimed war on the higher ups and the AD. Gene Smith would not outlast Meyer, but school officials would.
