this is a perfect board. Heck I would even add Dixon ( If Stevenson does not come on board). Just looking at our safety position and seeing the 2 year haul of Gurvan Hall and Jordan Battle replacing Jaquan and Redwine, for as great as Jaquan is, we have two future stars there at safety. Amazing haul to be honest.

Battle would be a great flip if it does happen. has the size 6-1/190 but also has excellent long speed. Ran in just one track meet this past 18 season and recorded a 22.21 in the 200 meters. The HS national elite standard for this event is 22.00 and with a little practice he could easily eclipse that.

I think Urban Liar will be fired before end of week and replaced temporarily with Schiano, but even if he’s not everyone of their top recruits is gone. If he stays, OSU will be a media **** show for the next 2-3 years that none of them are going to want to be around. If he’s gone, they won’t have a permanent coach until 2019. Even if the recruits and their families are on a “wait and see”, you better believe their “handlers” are reaching out to other teams, possibly reopening the bidding war for some.

The talk of this kid playing CB is ludicrous. OSU staff is taking the **** with him by telling him that and I respect the Miami staff for being honest and making the right evaluation. Let's hope karma wins out and he chooses Miami because his instincts and versatility are top-notch. He can play both safety positions and execute every assignment - which makes a DC's job much easier.

Thankfully the coaches are keeping contact because all summer long we've heard how they were slow playing guys or just cutting off contact with top rated guys.

But of course, Bama is going to get in the way of what should be a layup recruitment if Battle decides to go elsewhere. I really, really hate Alabama. I really do.

I wish we would go after the STA CB Jalen Davis. We might as well sign all of those STA studs. TBH.
