Johnnie Dixon to Ohio Taint

I'm a self-proclaimed insider and I'm here to drop a bombshell on everyone. I am 100% confident that tomorrow Dixon will choose a college that is part of the contiguous United States. All of you guys are welcome for this earth shattering breaking news bulletin. I am TedHendricksOffspring and I approve this message. #TruthBeacon.

Not worried.

If he goes, he goes. Rudolph will still be in play. Besides, there are plenty of big fish in 2015.

There it is. I was wondering when this was gonna be thrown out there.

Same thing was said in 2013 about certain 2014 guys.

This is the losers creed.

Yeah, you're right. Our entire program hinges on whether we get Dixon. We should fire Golden and the entire staff if they can't get him. We should never lose a single So Fla kid to any other team, ever. No excuses.

That's the winner's creed, I guess.

smh @ the thought of posters making Dixon #1 on our staff's board because we weren't getting Lane and now we don't seem to be getting Dixon.

I'm ok with just one of those guys. Coley is just finishing his freshman year, and we are getting Berrios, Langham, and maybe Griffin. So we are already stacked at the WR position. Next years crop is also one of the best in years. I'm torn between Rudolph and Lane. Rudolph is probably the better receiver right now, but Lane's athleticism is great. Would love to get Dixon, but we never land anyone from his school anyways.

Dont forget Brady, who many feel has the most upside of ANY of them. We will be ok at WR. We have some depth, Coley is a stud phenom, if we can manage to get Griffin qualified, he's going to be a beast, and Berrios will be a beast in the Slot. Next year we can grab a few more.

Not going to lose a lot of sleep over Dixon wasting his life at OSU.

Very excited about Brady.

Something tells me he's going to require a little patience.

Hopefully he's ready after a redshirt year and I think he will be.

He needs to get into the routine of working everyday. Once he accepts it and "owns it" as Al would say, he's gonna be a monster.

Don't expect immediate impact. Though I personally believe he has the highest ceiling of our receiver class.

If he committed here everybody would be jumping for joy and saying he's a huge get. But since people don't think he's coming here it "not a big deal", "He's not a once in a lifetime talent", "WRs grow on trees in south florida", etc.

It's amazing the way you all rationalize these decisions whether they are in favor of us or against us.

Well, he isn't a once in a lifetime talent. He is a very good WR though, but I don't think he is better than lane or Rudolph. The sting on this ones is more in regards to the notion we had him pretty much in the bag. Out of all the remaining top notch local kids, he is at the bottom of the list and this coming from someone that does hate on Golden for missing on local studs. Cook/Sony and JC are a different story though.......

Dixon is about like Malcolm Lewis coming out of high school

He's a good player, no doubt, but not a program changer

He is more athletic than Lewis but not as refined nor as strong. Lewis is pretty nice in n out of his cuts, not as big of a down field threat. Different players all in all, but I do agree on overall talent. Really good players but not elite
